Mardi Himal
Mardi Himal lies below the Mount Machhapuchhre which is approximately 15 miles north of Pokhara. The peak sits an altitude of 5555 meters to the east of Modi Khola across the valley from Mount Hiunchuli. So, the Mardi Himal Peak Climbing follows the route along the Mardi Khola for two days before you climb the ridgeline. 17 days Mardi Himal Peak Climbing involves trekking through the off beaten trail along with the gorgeous alpine landscapes. The trek rewards you with some of the mesmerizing views of Koshi river, terrace fields, deep valley, pasture grounds, lush forest and many more. The views of Mount Annapurna, Machhapuchhre, Gangapurna, Huinchuli look magnificent. The peak climbing is relatively a less crowded trail that passes through ethnic villages and traditional settlements of the Annapurna region. Climbing to the Mardi Himal can be a good introduction to peak climbing in Nepal. It can be a decent option for the beginner climbers who want to have a peak climbing experience in the Himalayas. You will not need any previous experience of high altitude climbing. It is one of the shortest and easiest peak climbing expedition to do in Nepal. Programme itinerary :
Day 1 : Arrive at Kathmandu (1400m) / Meet and Greet
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and escort you to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing and preparation for trekking/climbing
Morning wake-up and breakfast in the hotel.
Our guide will meet you in your hotel and brief you about the upcoming trekking/climbing. He will guide you through all the formalities and necessary paper-works required for the trekking.
After that, we then do a Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley of famous UNESCO world heritage sites like Boudhanath, one of the largest Stupas in the world; Swayambhunath, a famous monkey temple and Pashupatinath, a sacred Hindu temple complex. Apart from Sightseeing, we also get TIMS card and permits for our trekking/climbing on this day. In the evening, we do initial preparation for the trekking.
Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 3: Kathmandu to Pokhara (1400 m): 7 - 8 hours drive
To start our trekking, we wake up early in the morning, take our breakfast in the hotel and drive to Pokhara in a tourist coach. We take our lunch for the day on the way. Upon arrival at Pokhara transfer to the hotel. In the evening, we do some leisure activities around Phewa Lake and do final preparation for the trekking/climbing.

Alternative: You can also take a domestic flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara. The duration of the flight is about 30 Minutes. One-way flight costs around 125 USD per Person. We can make a flight reservation for you. Please let us know.
