Trekking in the hidden mystical Nar Phu Valley is an exceptional opportunity to explore the unspoiled nature, the untouched trails and the medieval Tibetan Buddhist culture. During Nar Phu trek one can discover numerous natural wonders like the highest pass: Thorang La Pass (5,416 m), Tilicho Lake (4,919 m), Annapurna Massif, Kang La Pass and many other mountains. The other main attractions of this region are Kayak Gompas, old destroyed fortresses, natural caves, rivers, hanging bridges and houses with stone walls, Dharmasala – Khyang and Phu Village (4,070 m).

The path from Phu leads to another popular village of Nar (3,730 m), which is larger and more beautiful than Phu. After trekking in the Nar Phu villages, the trail follows the Manang that crosses the Kang La Pass. The most extraordinary moment of the hike is the crossing from Manang to Mustang over the highest pass: the Thorong La Pass.
